Check out the President's Challenge Featured Activities to add new physical activities to your routine. Also check out the BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator to learn about the relationship between height and weight and make sure that your body stays healthy.

Visit the Let's Move! website to learn more about First Lady Michelle Obama’s campaign to raise a healthier generation of kids. Get Active with MLS will continue to support this initiative.
